What payment methods so you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

When will my plant be shipped?

Plants are shipped out, via Auspost Express Post. Express post from our location takes between 1 - 4 days, depending on your location. Unfortunately from time to time Australia Post may experience delays. We pack our plants to ensure they can survive long delays in the post.

How is my plant shipped?

We sell plants in a variety of formats. Many are sold in either 100 mm or 120 mm pots. In most cases these will remain in the pots through the post to avoid stressing the plant, but in some cases they may be bare rooted if required. Cuttings are freshly harvested and will have the cut end wrapped in moist paper towel. Wet sticks will be sent in zip locked bags and are wrapped in paper towel.

What do I do with my plant when it arrives?

Is is important to immediately open your package, carefully remove the wrapping and then soak your plant in some fresh water. Cuttings and wet sticks can be propagated immediately. Bare rooted plants can be potted up into a good quality potting mix and plants that arrive in their pots should be left for 2 weeks to acclimatise.

My plant arrived dead, what do I do?

Although all care is taken with postage and packaging, occasionally a plant may die in the post. If this happens to you then please take a picture, send it through to us and we will send out a replacement for you.

My plant arrived in good condition but has since died, what should I do?
